This information represents the number of occasions on which people were either issued with an infringement notice or charged for drink driving offences by the NT Police Force. People infringed or charged on multiple occasions in a year are included once for each occasion. Sometimes people may be infringed or charged with more than one drink-driving offence in a single file. In such situations, only the most serious offence is included.
